Standard cleanings

Regularly cleaning your home and work space helps you maintain and care for it. Our crews are ready to touch places commonly used after daily basis used by the customers. This means cleaning up all kinds of dirt, grime and crumbs from the most commonly used surfaces. It is important to maintain these spaces cleaned constantly for the well-being of your family and pets, and avoid commom symptoms of a not so well cleaned home or office, like allergies, unwanted pests and bugs, poor air quality, umpleasant smells and negative emotions about the lack of care of your space. Standard cleanings can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.

Move-in and Move-out cleanings

These are more thorough than regular cleanings. This means cleaning up before tenants move into their new home or office space, to make sure it's been properly cleaned. It also means cleaning up after residents move out to make sure that the place being cleaned was properly taken care of. It covers more areas than a basic cleaning. It can consist on cleaning inside kitchen appliances, inside drawers and cabinetry in rooms like bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. Move-in and move-out cleanings can be scheduled as needed.

Special cleaning

Special cleaning is our own word for a combination of great service at a great price. It is more than stardard cleaning but not as thorough as a deep cleaning. It is more comprehensive with more attention to higher surfaces and corners of your home or office space. And because it is not quite intense, it is priced right in the middle for a more detailed cleaning at an affordable price for customers with the need for a more elaborate cleaning than can be scheduled more frequently than a deep cleaning. It helps the crew to maintain well the cleanliness in general. Special cleanings are suggested to be done at least twice a year.

Deep cleaning

Deep cleanings are a more thorough and comprehensive type of cleaning than regular and special cleanings. This means cleaning up all kinds of dirt and grime that have long accumulated on the surfaces, deeper corners and more hidden parts of your home or office. Covers more areas than any other type of cleaning. This heavy cleaning process takes longer to get the job done which is why it is always more expensive than other cleanings. It is important to have it done in order to help you maintain proper sanitation. Deep cleanings are suggested to be done at least once a year.
